Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
• To start a return, email sales@playedgaming.co.uk with your order number and, for faulty or damaged items, photos of the issue.
• Digital products and memberships are non-refundable unless required by law.
