At PlayEDgaming, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process.

1. Delivery Service


• We use Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked for all UK orders.
• This service provides full tracking, so you can monitor your parcel's journey.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Delivery Times & Costs


• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of payment.
• Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery times may be longer during busy periods (e.g., holidays).

3. Where We Deliver


• We currently ship to UK addresses only.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

4. Lost or Delayed Parcels


• If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please contact us at sales@playedgaming.co.uk with your order number.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders


• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

6. Collection Option (If Available)


• If you are local to Whitstable, you may be able to collect your order in-store for free.
• Select Local Pickup at checkout and wait for a confirmation email before collecting.
