• Memberships are non-refundable and auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. Purchases & Payments

• All prices on our Site are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payments through secure third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.

• Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will offer a refund or alternative product.

 

5. Trade-In & Selling Policy

• If you trade in games or sell items through our Site, you must ensure they are in acceptable condition and legally yours to sell.

• We reserve the right to reject any trade-in or sale for any reason.

• Payments for trade-ins will be made via store credit or cash, as agreed upon.

 

6. Refunds & Returns

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

• Digital products and memberships are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

7. In-Store Gaming & Events (once we have purchased a premises) 

• Customers using our in-store gaming services (£15/hour per person, £25 for 2 hours per person) must follow all shop rules.

• Any intentional damage to equipment may result in additional charges.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to gaming events or sessions if necessary.

 

8. Website Content & Copyright

• All content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by PlayEDgaming or licensed for use.

• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability
